A Word About Sunglasses...
While sunglasses may be worn as a fashion statement
or to shield eyes from the sun's glare, they actually
have an even more valuable function - protecting your
eyes from damage and disease caused by
overexposure to the sun's harmful ultraviolet (UV)
rays.
With Arizona's long, harsh summers, protection from
UV rays is especially important. Long-term exposure
to UV radiation may contribute to the development of
various eye disorders such as macular degeneration
and early onset cataracts.
Please call or come by Victor Optical to learn more
about how sunglasses can protect your eyes and
what to look for when selecting a pair of sunglasses.
Patient Testimonial
"I don't believe I've seen this well since before I ever needed glasses. When I put my glasses on, distant objects have such clarity and definition. I feel like I've got x-ray vision! Thank you, Dr. Victor."
